Something new

Ages have past since the last time I had published something. Lots of things have happened and even more are going to happen.
I don't remember if I mentioned that I had changed my school, and now I even about to finish it.
This place is a mix of traditional boarding school with a pseudo Harry Potter style feelings.
Just imagine:
First day. My mom is driving a car.
- I don't know where we are going. It seems like the GPS doesn't know where you school is. I give up. Shall we call them?
- Oh, mom, see. - there was an arrow pointed that my new school is just 3 mile away.
I was so naive moving to another place. At least now I know that sometimes you need to look around if you seek for something important.
Road suddenly rounds and we are driving surrounded by thick bush walls, it seems like we are lost in a huge labyrinth. Road is becoming narrower, bushes disappear and we see wide fields which are spreading out to a horizon. An old building becomes hardly visible somewhere far away from us. It seems to be more than 3 miles.
From the first glance, the school frightens with its coldness: high fence with acute angles, the main school hall which is made from the red brick more than a hundred years ago and spirits of past owners always guard their premises;

Childhood

Time passes so quickly. Didn't notice how my sister became so beautiful and funny. Now the most part of the year I live in the UK and see my small love just during the holidays.
It's so interesting to observe how child changes, to remember her first word, to be close when she needs your help and support, to give she a hand when she looks around for you.
These big brown eyes which look straight into yours have so much love and trust. It's difficult to explain that feeling when the child trusts you and gives you her heart.
After that look I feel like I can do everything for my petite sunshine, everything for this sincere smile. I hope she won't be never disappointed by me.

Angélique

Two days ago I watched a rather new movie. It was directed by a French director Ariel Zeitoun. Originally the movie was made according to the book of Anne et Serge Golon.

The first minutes of the movie brings us back to the 17th century. We see the usual situation for that time a beautiful girl that doesn't want to obey her parents and doesn't want to marry with a stranger. The girl shows her character and I think Nora Arnezeder expressed beautifully all emotions: anger, dissent, disappointment and finally the most difficult -- humility with her fate.
After the marriage we see that Angélique can be grateful to her brave and dedicated husband.
The movie is very romantic and shows how people can change in different situations. The actor Gérard Lanvin who played the husband of Angélique suited perfectly for that role. He is a scientist and an experimenter who gained his wealth due to scientific methods.
Moreover, in the movie we can see the real spirit of nobles who can do anything in order to be the most wealth people in the kingdom. An important role was played by gossips and conspiracies which gave the movie more action and abruptness.
The end of the movie wasn't clear and we can wait for a second part.

I think the movie deserves 8 stars out of 10.

Odessa. Ukraine. July 2014

Summer 2014. July

I've never thought that I would miss Cambridge. During the last months I was counting the days before the leaving. Things change and now I don't feel home in Odessa anymore. I don't want to say that Cambridge is my home, I don't know. The main thing which I understood is that I lost my close friends. Of course we speak with each other, but that's something different.
Unfortunately, I've lost my best friend. She has new friends and hobbies and I am not in her list. Once a week she texts me a message. Probably, she feels her blame. However I know that she has done nothing. The main enemy of any friendship is a distance. If you don't lose your friend after your moving from your native town you can be proud of your life and your friend.
Also I had one love. I'm not sure that LOVE is the right word but I had real feelings, I was waiting for the messages and news from that person. Just because I'm so "lucky" our chats also finished. The old love does its job. I was replaced by another person.
Results: July 2014. I'm spending time with some teachers, going to the gym and swimming pool, I'm going to the beach with mom  and in the evening I'm playing with my sister. Actually it's not so bad but as every time I expected something more.

London is...

London is a great and magic city. Every time when I come there I realise that again and again. How many blood pictures and wars were seen by the city. What a great number of lords and famous persons came into the Buckingham palace. These all will be forever in thick historical books and we can only suspect about what gorgeous buildings and old trees in magnificent parks have been keeping silent for centuries.
You will be amazed when you visit Green park, especially in the summer it makes you crazy about all its beautiful green lawns and huge trees which look like the guardians of the city. I can't describe that feeling when you breath a fresh spring air and lie under the sunshine. In the park you can meet a great variety of people. Everyone is doing whatever they want. Someone is dancing in the middle of the green field, someone  is playing volleyball with friends, this little girl is trying to catch the squirrel, that old lady is tired of the city rush and now she is relaxing in the trestle-bed. Here you become a part of the picture. And I even have a thought that I am a part of some movie which is being directed in that park.
What a magnificent astonishment you receive looking at the Tower bridge. It looks enchantingly. I can observe it for an hour and even more. Can you imagine old broughams which were covered with treasures or had a secret task to transfer the quine to another city in order to catch the enemies.
London is a beautiful place where you can feel free in any moment. You will not be judged by other people. In London you can be yourself and don't have to be the part of the grey community which obeys stupid herd rules.
